How do you get a Crown Vic on 22″s (even though the wheel wells aren’t big enough)?

VARGOCITY 
We've got one like that here in Portland but they extended the axles so that the wheels sit outside of the wheel wells. It is a very distinct look, though it must make the car pretty difficult to park.
